Forward Physical Therapy is a cash-based physical therapy practice. This Refund Policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled to ensure clarity and fairness for both clients and the practice.
Payment for Services
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise stated in writing. Fees for services are clearly communicated prior to booking or at the time of scheduling.
Refunds for Completed Services
Because physical therapy services are professional services delivered in real time, no refunds are issued for completed sessions, including evaluations, treatments, dry needling sessions, or virtual visits.
Cancellations and Missed Appointments
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you do so with adequate notice, as outlined during scheduling and intake.
- Appointments cancelled outside the required notice window may be subject to a cancellation or no-show fee.
- Missed appointments or late cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
Specific cancellation timelines and fees are communicated during booking and intake.
Prepaid Packages or Services (If Applicable)
If prepaid packages or services are offered, the terms—including expiration, refund eligibility, and transferability—will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, unused prepaid sessions are non-refundable.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Forward Physical Therapy. Approval of any exception does not guarantee future refunds.
Errors or Overpayments
If you believe you were charged in error or overpaid for services, please contact us promptly so we can review and correct the issue if appropriate.
